Federal University Otuoke has invited qualified JAMB UTME candidates to apply for its Post UTME screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The application covers candidates who chose FUOTUOKE as first choice, as well as other interested UTME candidates who scored at least 150 and are ready to change their school choice to the university.
Who Can Apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME
FUOTUOKE accepts applications from candidates who selected the university as first choice during the 2026 JAMB UTME and chose any of the listed programmes.
Such candidates must have scored a minimum of 150.
Candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as first choice can still apply, provided they scored at least 150 in the 2026 JAMB UTME.
They must first complete a JAMB change of school or course to Federal University Otuoke and select one of the available programmes.
FUOTUOKE Post UTME Application Fee
Candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) for the application form.
Payment should be made with an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card through the university portal.
FUOTUOKE Post UTME Application Portal
Applicants should visit the FUOTUOKE online application portal to begin the process.
They should read the instructions on the portal before filling the form; a wrong detail can cause problems after submission.
Documents Required for FUOTUOKE Online Application
Candidates must upload the listed documents during the online application.
- Scanned WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB O’ level result in PDF format
- Scanned LGA identification letter in PDF format
- Scanned birth certificate or age declaration in PDF format
- NIN registration slip in PDF format
The documents should be clear and should match the candidate’s details.
Special Instructions for Candidates
Each applicant must submit a valid email address and personal phone number.
Federal University Otuoke stated that it will not take responsibility for failed applications caused by invalid email addresses or phone numbers.
Candidates must also upload their O’ level result scratch card details.
For candidates combining two O’ level results, scratch card details for both results should be uploaded.
FUOTUOKE Post UTME Application Date and Deadline
The online application opens on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, on the university portal.
The deadline for submission is Friday, 17 July 2026.
FUOTUOKE Post UTME Screening Date
The Post UTME screening date will appear after the candidate completes the application.
Applicants will see it on the PUTME screening schedule printout.
FUOTUOKE Disqualification Notice
Any candidate whose O’ level results are not uploaded on JAMB CAPS will not be considered for admission.
The same rule applies to candidates who make false claims about UTME scores, O’ level grades from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, or state of origin.
